How do I remove the creases in my rug?
For Kitchen rugs, Door rugs, Bath rugs
- The creases on rugs will disappear gradually with longer use.
- Put the rugs in a laundry net bag, wash them in cold water in the washing machine, and the creases will disappear when drying.
⚠ Caution: Do not iron directly. High Temperatures will cause damage to the bottom of the rugs.
You can place the wet towel in the fold of the rug and heat it with
an iron for 10-15 minutes, then press it back and forth repeatedly.
For Stair Treads
- Open our stair treads, and make the colored outside face upward.
- Put some books or other heavy items on the curled corners for a period to make it flat.
- If there are still curls after step 2, then roll the curled place in
the opposite direction and press slightly on the most curled place. - Repeat roll and press till the stair treads are flat.

How to install the stair treads?
- Clean your stairs.
- Hairdryer to heat the backing film for 1 min to make it easier to tear off.
- Attach the stair treads to the staircase and press the edges firmly to make it more secure.
- Move back and forth with hand pressure to make sure the stair rug is installed.
- Installation complete.
My rug is shedding, is that normal?
Some shedding will occur during initial use and should diminish over time.
How do I clean my rug?
Regular vacuuming and occasional rotation. More detailed washing machine cleaning instructions can be found under rugs Caring Guide.
How do I store my rug?
To store your rug, roll tight like a tootsie roll, face side out, and cover with white or light colored cloth in a cool dry place.
My shipment arrived damaged. What should I do next?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at service@cosyhomeer.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Pictures often prove very useful in helping us determine the cause of the damage
or defect, so if you can provide photos those are much appreciated.
How do I track my shipment?

How much will I have to pay for shipping?
Freight is calculated according to the warehouse where the goods are located.
U.S. Amazon Warehouse: Only free of delivery charge on order $35+ to U.S. customers. Note that some items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may not be eligible for FREE shipping.
How do you ship?

How quickly will I receive my order?
U.S. Amazon Warehouse: Product handling time is 1-2 days, and the carrier will deliver the order within 3-5 days. It may take longer during holidays.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of shipment and notify you via email that your order has been shipped.
How do I change my shipping address?
There is no charge to change the address within 1 hour after the order has been completed and paid for, and the order can be canceled directly and reordered.
Cancellation of orders more than 1 hour after payment, the buyer must bear any delivery return charges that may be incurred.

Orders may not be modified to a different address while in transit.
Return
COSY HOMEER have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your COSY HOMEER rugs to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
What should I do if I receive a defective/damaged/wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at service@cosyhomeer.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures often prove very useful in helping us determine the cause of the damage or defect, so if you can provide photos those are much appreciated.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch at service@cosyhomeer.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How long does the refund take?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be autorugically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I use COSY HOMEER rugs outdoors?
COSY HOMEER rugs are indoor-only -- sun, rain, or wind could damage them. Better keep them cozy inside where they'll last longer!
