Custom Orders
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Our MOQ for custom orders is 2000 units per design and size.
Production Time:
Standard production time is 8 weeks, depending on design complexity and order volume.
Design Options:
We offer customization in:
- Colors: Choose from our palette or provide specific Pantone codes.
- Sizes: Specify dimensions to fit your space.
- Patterns: Select from existing designs or submit your own.
Sampling:
Physical samples can be produced upon request.
Sample production takes approximately 2 weeks.
Pricing:
Custom orders are priced based on design complexity, size, and quantity.
A detailed quote will be provided after reviewing your specifications.
Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required to commence production.
The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipping.
Returns:
Due to the personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable.
